# ClassPass feature not allowing 3rd party booking

I recently enabled the ClassPass feature, but when the team at ClassPass attempts to test the reservation feature, they continue to receive an error that prevents a successful test. They would like to know if ther are any settings that are restricting 3rd party bookings or if the available spots are properly opened for integration platforms like ClassPass

hi, their team is able to contact us directly with all details. Please ask ClassPass to do this, it is not possible to see what happening without full details

They can use this site; there is also a channel in slack where they can contact us directly
