No data send to our backend webhook - Issue with Callback URL

We have 3 environments (dev, stage, production).

For all of them we are not getting any data send to our backend webhook, through your Callback URL. Please check the logs if you see some errors sending data to our URL’s

We are not able to use the application because of this dysfunctionality.
