Hi SimplyBook Support Team,
I’m following up regarding the ongoing issue with our ClassPass integration, which has now been under investigation for approximately two months.
After this extended period, we have finally received an update from our ClassPass representative. Their internal team has reviewed the issue and advised us to contact SimplyBook again, as the errors appear to be originating from the SimplyBook side.
The specific errors being returned are “Signature error” and “InvalidContactException.” ClassPass believes these may indicate that SimplyBook is attempting to validate account/contact information that ClassPass does not require, suggesting there may be a validation or configuration issue within SimplyBook.
At this point, we urgently need your assistance in getting this matter resolved. Since we are not certain which SimplyBook department or technical team is responsible for this type of integration issue, please connect us directly with, or CC, the appropriate department or specialist who can investigate this further.
We would appreciate a clear and immediate response regarding:
- What is causing these errors?
- What needs to be changed or corrected on the SimplyBook side?
- What is the expected timeline for resolving the integration?
If, in the worst-case scenario, SimplyBook and ClassPass cannot be successfully integrated, we would also appreciate knowing this clearly and as soon as possible. We need to understand our options and make informed decisions about the future of our booking platform.
We have been waiting for far too long for a resolution to what should be a straightforward integration issue. If SimplyBook is not compatible with ClassPass or cannot support this integration reliably, we may need to consider transferring our data and moving to another e-commerce/booking platform that is more responsive and compatible with the platforms and brands we work with.
We sincerely hope this can be escalated to the appropriate team and resolved promptly rather than requiring another lengthy round of investigation.
We look forward to your immediate response and a clear path toward resolution.
Kind regards,
Baharak
