Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SimplyBook.me Tech Support Portal available at https://tech-support.simplybook.me (the “Portal”). The Portal is operated by SimplyBook.me Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus (“SimplyBook.me”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for and using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Portal.

2. Who Can Use the Portal

The Portal is intended for use by SimplyBook.me customers who have an active account with our booking platform and access requires registration using a valid email address. By registering, you confirm that:

(a) You are at least 18 years of age or have the authority to act on behalf of a legal entity; (b) The information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date; (c) You are an authorised representative or user of a SimplyBook.me customer account.

3. Account Registration

To access the Portal, you must create an account by providing your name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Portal, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose: seeking or sharing technical support and information related to SimplyBook.me products and services as may be available from time to time. You must not:

  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Share personal data of third parties without appropriate authorisation;

  • Upload files or content that contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code;

  • Use the Portal to promote or advertise third-party products or services;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Portal or its infrastructure;

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Portal;

  • Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Content You Submit

By submitting content to the Portal (including posts, comments, attachments, screenshots, or technical information), you grant SimplyBook.me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Portal and providing support services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Please do not share sensitive personal data (such as passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information about your end users) in your Portal submissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software made available through the Portal (excluding content submitted by users) are the property of SimplyBook.me or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use SimplyBook.me’s trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without our prior written consent.

7. Moderation and Removal of Content

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any content posted on the Portal at our sole discretion, including content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SimplyBook.me and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Portal; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) any content you submit to the Portal that infringes the rights of a third party or violates applicable law.

SimplyBook.me will notify you promptly of any such claim and will reasonably cooperate with you in its defence. SimplyBook.me reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.

9. Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep the Portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SimplyBook.me makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Portal, including its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SimplyBook.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed EUR 100.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved with good faith negotiations between relevant parties.

13. General Terms

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. SimplyBook.me may freely assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate within the Team.blue group, or to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, without notice to you.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SimplyBook.me with respect to your use of the Portal and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on this subject matter.
