[#1016] Error when consulting API

We have an integration with the Simplybook, but we are receiving the error message

“429 - API Calls Limit Exhausted”

We are open to adjust on our side, but we need to know what the limit is.

How many requests can be made per minute (or second)?
How many simultaneous requests?

Hi,

This can happen for example when 50 people try to process a booking with a user account in less than 30 seconds or send more than 5.000 API requests per day, accepting that the number of parallel requests is limited by maximum 2 at same time and not exceed 5 requests per second on common servers.

We created a virtual machine on Google - 34.71.59.127 (Google Compute Engine)

Running through this machine the boundaries would be a “dedicated servers”?

Just run for her? Or do you need to configure or request?

It depends if you use common or enterprise Simplybook.me solution. It doesn’t matter which server you are using to query API

Today the customer has the premium plan, how do I know if it is enterprise or dedicated?

Today the URL is: https://nbmatrizsp.secure.simplybook.me/

And what is the value of the commom, bury and the dedicated?
