Hi Guys, I hope you’re doing great and having a very good day.
I want to know how can I use again redeemable codes for coupon titles that were delete by accident, I thought that this wasn’t a problem because the coupon title were already deleted and the codes were free but somewhere the data is kept. The alternative and easier solution would be to get back the coupon titles themselves, I don’t know if this is possible.
I’m attaching 2 contradictory images coming from SBM platform, one showing that the coupon titles are there and the other that they aren’t.
Can you help me do any of those, using the codes or helping me get the codes back? Or if the information is out there where can I find it?
