Hi, I have a problem with loading an account in the Make/Integromat integration tool. Everything was working fine (we have about 10 simplybook accounts and each one is working properly) until yesterday, where the account dropped out and showed this error. Of course we tried to verify, delete and reload the account but unfortunately unsuccessfully and neither way works (yes all data is entered correctly).

Account : Služby rezervácie schôdzok a bezplatná služba online rezervácie

Please can you take a look ?

Hi,

Your company is in EU cluster please use https://user-api-v2.simplybook.it/admin/auth endpoint.

Please make sure you changed the password.

Hi,

we have the same issue, but unfortunately in case of make.com the integration/connection does not allow updating the url. Not sure if it is maintained by you or by make.com, but that needs to be handled differently I guess. The connection would need to be updated.

Unfortunately we do not maintain this integration. It is not allowed by European law to proxy data via US server. That’s why url must be changed and such proxy mechanism is not working anymore

I’ve written to Make support so I’m awaiting a reply from them and I hope they’ll edit it. Anyway, it will probably need to be reworked into an HTTP request.
