[#1074] Issue with Callback URL (Webhook) Not Being Called for Website Bookings

Regarding the callback URL (webhook) configured for our Simplybook backend.

We have noticed that the callback URL (webhook) is not being triggered when bookings are created directly from our website or webpage. However, the callback is functioning as expected when bookings are made from the Simplybook backend.

Please let us know if there is any further information or action required from our end. We look forward to your prompt attention and resolution to this matter.

  • Company login: madrc
  • Booking Codes: lmi11p3p, lmi7bqs, lmit6qj and so many others, where the callback URL was not triggered.

Hello Redmine Admin,

I have received 429 responses with “API calls limit exhausted”.
Can you give me more info about this? like, what are the limits? or is there any solution?

HI, we have various limits on number of calls per minute/second. Please do not run multiple parallel requests at same time. If you do have many bookings (e.g. more than 1K per day) then it is better to go to Enterprise version of our product.
