[#1162] Salesforce CRM Integration Error

We are using Salesforce CRM for managing all our customers, bookings and payments. We have custom integration between Salesforce and Simplybook.me. It was working perfectly for long times. But now we are getting following error:

System.HttpRequest retrying request in response to handshake failure: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

It’s urgent for us.

we don’t have outdated ssl software. it was working for 11 months. and it’s working with other integrations.

is there any change about your certs or anything else?

we’v updated SSL certificate a few days ago and it now has another cert authority with new root cert which is not supported by very old software.
