[#1198] Adding block/unblock client functionality to API

Hi! We notice there’s a way to block (and unblock) clients on the Admin UI for SBM, however this functionality doesn’t seem to be available in the API.

Would it be possible to add a parameter for blocking/unblocking to the “Create client”:API documentation | SimplyBook.me Online Scheduling and “Edit client”:API documentation | SimplyBook.me Online Scheduling{id%7D API calls? This would be really useful for our system :slight_smile:
