After a booking there’s a pop-up with the appointment time and details. Options are Book More or Add to Calendar.
No Close or Back button except the Red X in the top right corner.
The natural thing to do would be to click the red X in the top right corner to close the pop-up. At least that’s what all of our test customers have done so far.
When somebody clicks the X, that cancels the booking.
So? What’s the recommended way to close this pop-up if you don’t want to cancel, book more or add to calendar? Any plans to fix or change this in future? Any way we can change it as an end user?
