I am facing an issue with the synchronization of booking information between Make.com and SimplyBook. While the “Watch booking events” action in Make.com correctly retrieves the booking details, including the start time, from the SimplyBook webhook, the start time displayed when using the “Search bookings” and “Get booking details” actions is not accurate.
The booking ID and service number appear to be correct, but the start time shown in Make.com is different from the start time stored in the SimplyBook database. This discrepancy is causing confusion and inconsistency in the booking information I am seeing across the two platforms.
I would appreciate if the SimplyBook team could investigate this synchronization issue and provide a resolution to ensure that the start time information is accurately displayed in Make.com, matching the data in the SimplyBook system.
