Hello,
03/08/2024 afternoon between 15h04 and 16h10 we have had 502 trying to contact your API :
• /admin/services/{id}
• /admin/providers
We also notice that your website wasn’t accessible at this time
My technical teams indicate that the 502 error is raised by nginx when the request is not accessible. Our sbm-cache-proxy was not overloaded at that time. The proxy is configured to pass requests as is to Simply Book Me. Everything leads us to believe that it is not an error on our proxy but on your side. It is possible that one of your servers hidden behind an nginx and a load balancer was in poor condition for a while. Leading to these 502 errors.
Can you push the analysis a bit on your side and tell me what’s was going wrong ?
