I’m trying to pull the Wedding Dates for the last two years of the appointments we have in Simplybook. As far as I can tell, since this is an Additional Field we have added, it’s not available in any of the normal reports. Since we already use the Simplybook API regularly, I’ve been using that to retrieve the data, but as far as I can tell I can only get the Additional Fields for one appointment at a time, which is pretty inefficient for tens of thousands of appointments. Is there a better way to do this that I have missed? Or perhaps could I get in contact with someone who could export this data for us directly, since this is a one-time load?
At the admin site, Reports / Booking details allows to export both additional booking fields (called “Intake forms” if you use English locale) and client additional fields (called “Client fields”). Also please make sure you set up the option “Group data when export to Excel” in Intake forms plugin configuration the way you need data to be presented.
Will this help you, or do you need additional data to be added in API?
