Hello,
We are using SimplyBook.me’s Webhook feature to forward booking data to an external application.
However, for the following booking, the webhook did not trigger as expected:
Booking ID: w4epyhnf
Date/Time: Around June 24, 18:00 JST (UTC+9)
We would like to understand:
What caused the webhook not to trigger?
Was there any system outage or issue around that time?
