[#1435] API Methods to change Opening Hours and API's Callback URL

Hello SimplyBook team!

Our team is trying to integrate your service with our project, and we are trying to implement the API calls to sync bookings between both and to config the information necessary. We are using the REST API so far.
We have a couple questions:

Is it possible to edit the Company Opening Hours via API? Or is it only from the UI?
Another thing we would like to change programatically would be the Custom Feature API’s Callback URL. Is it possible?
Lastly, is it possible to create a reservation in a waiting/pending confirmation status?
