Dear SimplyBook.me Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue when trying to obtain an API token from the SimplyBook.me API.

I am attempting to integrate SimplyBook.me with Make.com (formerly Integromat) to set up an automation system using your API. However, I consistently receive a “Company does not exist” error.

Here’s the information I am using for the API calls:

  • My Company Login: suksamimassage (which appears in my URL: https://suksamimassage.secure.simplybook.it/)
  • API Key (for getToken method): 9d86c121437d8884aa41b2928b5796b2be8b107f394c87c042bba97f4d450b63
  • User Login (for getUserToken method): Suksamaiwellness@outlook.com
  • Password (for getUserToken method): my password (I understand this is sensitive, but I’ve included it for troubleshooting purposes as I’m trying this method.)

What I have tried so far:

  • I have attempted to call both getToken (with apiKey) and getUserToken (with userLogin and password) API methods.
  • The API calls are directed to the URL: https://user-api.simplybook.me/login.
  • Each time, I receive a Status Code 200 (Success), but the Output Data contains an error message: {"code": -32000, "message": "Company does not exist", "data": []}.

I am confident that the Company Login, API Key, User Login, and Password I am using are correct according to my account details and API Settings page.

Could you please check my SimplyBook.me account and advise on what the correct Company ID or Company Login should be for API calls, or if there are any issues with my API settings that are causing this problem?
