Dear SimplyBook Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am integrating SimplyBook.me with our electronic health record system using the JSON-RPC API. I am able to successfully authenticate and receive a valid token using the /login endpoint with my company login and API key.
However, when I attempt to call the getBookingDetails method with this token and a valid booking ID, I receive the following response:

Details:
Company login: dmvpsychiatricwellness
Test booking ID: 12
API key from admin panel under Manage > API & Webhooks
API access is enabled
Could you please confirm:
Does my account and API key have sufficient permissions to use the getBookingDetails method?
Is there a specific API key type or user role required for this method?
Is there any restriction based on our current plan?
If additional permissions or configuration are required, could you please enable or advise?
