Hello SimplyBook Dev Team,
I am facing a critical technical issue. My webhook, configured in the “Return URL” field in the API settings, is not being triggered when a new booking is created.

The Problem:
The webhook trigger has stopped working. I have confirmed that the API feature and the “Trigger on creation” setting are both active in my account.
I have tested extensively:
- I have a previously working webhook URL for an old scenario, and even that one has stopped working now.
- I have generated new webhook URLs in my integration platform (Make.com) and updated the “Return URL” field, but the trigger still does not fire.
- The receiving platform is active and in “listening” mode, but the data from SimplyBook never arrives.
This confirms the issue is on the SimplyBook server-side, where the “new booking” event is not firing the webhook call.
Could you please check the outgoing event logs for my account (vilasheadspa) to see why the webhook is not being triggered?
