[#1471] Issues with Zapier and connection to Simplybookme

We have issues with the following. we use paperdork and zapier to connect to simplybookme. The problem now is:

The custom fields need to come through separately.
They are all currently placed under ‘street’.
The company name should appear as a separate field,
and the address lines should also be processed individually.
So, once the custom fields come through separately, we can fix all of this.
