Hi,
I just saw that several of our email flows in Klaviyo are not being triggered by the metrics being sent from SimplyBook, so we have several emails not being sent out right now.
I can see that it happened in the beginning of August - around the 8th. We have not changed anything in our set-up, so I don’t understand, how this happened.
We send data from SimplyBook to Zapier and then to Klaviyo I think. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the Zapier account, and it’s not something I can get.
Can you help me troubleshoot and perhaps fix why the data is not being sent over correctly?
It cannot be Klaviyo, as everything else it working properly.
It could be Zapier, but as I mentioned I cannot get access to that account right now.
So I need to figure out first, if it’s something happening from SimplyBook
I can see that it happened in August, and then it has continued to happen. We do not get our normal metrics from simply book - I can see that it’s especially an issue with the metric ‘New Booking’

I don’t know how to provide a recent case - but I can see in Klaviyo that it stopped sending data on the 6th of August for the metric ‘New Booking’
