Due to the changes of time because of Daylight Saving, we have a lot of issues with the dates in our Yoboo database.
We would like to get the date of booking in the UTC format and not in a local time + offset.

But keep in mind, the date in UTC should be adapted depends by Daylight Saving (winter, summer). So an appointment time from November converted to UTC is not the same as an appointment time from April converted to UTC. Correction should be handled based on the Summer Time or Winter Time.
