Dear Irène,

I hope you are doing fine !
We changed the SSO certificates of several sites this morning (for SimplyBook.me - Système de rendez-vous and SimplyBook.me - Système de rendez-vous) and everything went fine.
However when doing it for Serre Chevalier SimplyBook.me - Système de rendez-vous it went wrong

And I thus lost my acces to correct the certificate, using the standard menu

There is a site reachable for admin. I can accès it for ADS but not for SCV, as I think we never replaced my colleague Benoit Vlieghe email by me (as we did for ADS)

Could you please help me recover my admin access to SCV so I can try to change the certificate ?

Sorry this is quite urgent as our SBM users in Serre Chevalier cannot get logged anylonger …

Thanks in advance for your help !

You can log in to the company via the cluster interface, and there you will have the option to change the certificate.

This is SimplyBook.me - Système de rendez-vous that I am trying to reach (SCV in the beginning of the url and not SVB which is working)
I land to the login/password page, but I do not have the credentials. My colleague who was admin passed away last year. I got the access to some of the accounts but not SCV. I wonder how i can get it back.
I wrote an email to Irene who is our account manager as she knows me to confirm I need the acces to correct back the SSO certificate I got

If it helps, I got the new SSO certificate that should be applied … but this is really for SCV and not the other url (or the other sites would become unavailable
Could you please help me?
I’m available +33 6 63 33 73 81
Thanks in advance for your help

I change the certificate for some of the sites today (ADS et SVB) so I know it will work if I have the access to correct the SSO certificate for SCV. But as it is the wrong certificate that has been updated this morning, I lost my access via the standard web interface
