Hi,
We want to track specific reasons for cancelling an appointment. It looks like it’s best to use the status plugin for this, correct? I’m wondering if we can include values for plugin “status” values when we make a call to add/cancel/update an appointment. The other option I see would be to cancel the appointment and then use the set status call.
Can you please advise?
