[#197] SDK for node.js

The API is very full featured but built in a way that is not very common (JSON-RPC) for open web APIs. This is already a bit of a hurdle to jump, as I had never even heard of this architecture before.

There are also some other annoyances like 30 min tokens, and the fact that you need tokens at all really. Couldn’t a basic API key and IP whitelisting do just as well?

A solid node SDK could manage all these things in a way that is not an obstruction to the developer building an integration. I guess what I’m trying to say is that this API is not very dev-friendly.

Hi

Thank you for your appeal. Our team is working on improving this interface every day. We do our best to make the use of our service convenient and comfortable.
Unfortunately, at this moment we have no other interface API.

See an example of API-based ( Simplybook.me API example ) booking interface, and also read the source code ( https://simplybook.me/api_example/scheduler.js ) of this solution.

Also, for easy integration we have ready-made solutions (when you do not need to write additional code):

  1. Booking widget for your own website
  2. Booking button widget for your website
  3. Booking and contact button for your website
  4. Reviews widget for your own website
  5. Voice bookings custom feature
  6. Facebook bot custom feature
  7. Facebook booking widget

Thank you
Best regards,
Simplybook team
