Hi,
We would like for people to have to submit their credit card in order to book an appointment. I’ve included a screen shot as an example from a friend’s business (Easy Float).
The reason we would like this feature is because we’ve had issues with last minute cancellations and we want a way to implement a cancellation policy
So for example if somebody books an appointment and doesn’t show we can still charge them a nominal fee.
This is pretty common for Doctor’s offices, spa’s and other businesses that depend on appointments for their income so we think it is a very vital feature that should be added.
some of the additional tips:
- Control the % we can charge
- Have a way to inform clients that they will not be charged unless they cancel x amount of time before.
Our subscription is up 25-Dec-2018 so we would really like to talk to someone about this.
