[#308] Find first available slot for given provider

How can I find the first available opening for a given provider? getFirstWorkingDay doesn’t work, getServiceAvailableTimeIntervals doesn’t work, I’m not sure what works. Nothing seems to take into account a provider actually being booked already. If I have a provider who is booked for months, how can I know what day to start my calendar at? Even if it requires two API calls and comparing the results, I’m open to ideas!

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is a major concern for my client and they require this functionality for their website.
