First Query:
We have used simplybook widget in our website to use your features and do business in better way. In image1, this is a section where packages are come from simplybook. Please see image2, I highlighted the section which i need this functionality into our specific place of website. In Image3, this is the place where we need your functionality. Hope , you understand my question.
Second Query :
I know ,this is possible to copy the link of ‘Booing Request’ of simplybook widget and paste where we want but how to add/select quantity of booking package.
For this I explain where we add quantity. In Image4, click on ‘Booking Request’ , then next page appears for selecting date/time, for that a next page appear where we fill form(Fields are Name, email, phone number, select port, number of adults, number of children). I talk about the field “Number of Adults”. When customer add Number of Adult in the field then Number of “Booking Package” will increase automatically by number of adult added in the field and calculate total price according to totle number of adults. Please see image5, You may be understand clearly.
This is the thing, we need actually and discussed these things with simplybook many time but not solve these thing. Following is the feedback regarding simplybook services, don’t think negative but it’s true.
"I need to get in touch with Dimitry the Devloper in regards to some issues as we are on the premium Subscription for the last 3-4 months but no one is helping to set up our store till now. It seems like money total in waste.
We requested for the paid service but seems like no use. It’s sad and shame to going through this rough experience and hard to use the system for our other businesses.
We ready to withdraw the account if your team is not able to help us out in setting up the store as per our requirements.
I would appreciate if Dimitry preferably or the person with same authority can revert back. Creating tickets are not really helping. Pls check the trials of our requests. "
