Hi there,

We have a very specific requirement and we already discussed this thing with Ingvar on call and he suggested that it can be easily fulfilled. So we need your assistance on this.

Requirement:

  1. We want to embed your simply book into our website(Wordpress).
  2. Our users will login into our site and will book appointments.
  3. We have approximate 10 people with whom we can book appointments. lets call them Customer Representative(CR).
  4. User can book the appointment with a specific person only who is responsible for that user. So we want to make this list of CR to be dynamic as per logged in user.

We also wanna send some custom data for example, id of the logged-in user in the appointment booking form.

Similarly we wanna fetch booked appointments for the logged-in user by his userid which we will submit in the booking form.

it is not possible to provide id of user because it is considered as very not secure authentication method. Attacker will be able to login with any user id easily. That is why it is not possible.
In you case you can provide user email and phone into booking widget. There are instructions for that on widget code page in admin interface (our live help will be happy to guide you through this)
