Hello Team
I am attaching a screen shot

  1. I have created last name field from intake form and rename name field to first name.
    So the problem is i want to show last name field after the first name. please help me on this case?
  2. I want email field is not mandatory
  3. Also i want to add a field “duration” into the confirmation booking section (right side after the Appointment Time )

  2. It is not possible, too many things depends on client’s email (e.g. password recovery, bookings list)
  3. You can use Custom notifications additional feature and make special email for each service to add duration and other info if needed
