As we understand the scope of the project is as follows:
1.To publish the providers calendar to simplybook.me (PrognoCis to Simplybook.me)

2.To push the patient appointments added on simplybook.me to PrognoCis.

After discussion with our developer this could be achived as follows
1.API push from PrognoCis:
As we are the source of the information we could call your API and push the booked appointment data in order to publish the calendar.

2.As the appointment is saved on simplybook.me, you are the source of data in this case. So you could call our API and push the appointment data to us

so we would like to discuss this integration with your technical/development team.For that if you could share your technical/development team availability during early hours of EST then it will be helpful.
I will also copy paste the content to your portal where developments questions can be asked.

In short what is needed is that you use our API to make bookings and then you use our API callback to save data back into the other system.

We have a demo script on Github that is using our CallBack to get all information and insert into a database. See here: GitHub - vetalsimplybook/simplybook_callback_example_php

Making the bookings into our side should be relatively easy using the API.

Since there is quite a time difference it would be good to meet with you rather early your time, does 8 or 9 in morning work?
