Hi,
I am not able to received the booking confirmation emails when the appointment is booked. I have enabled the SMTP service and I am successfully able to send the test emails. Also, when I reschedule or cancel the booking, I am able to get emails. When I used my gmail account for SMTP setup, I am able to received all the emails perfectly. I am facing this issue while using my outlook account for SMTP services.
Please let me know what need to be done as I want to use my outlook account for sending emails to our clients.

Could you let me know which email settings I need to change? as I am receiving other emails such as when I am rescheduling or canceling the bookings I am receiving the emails
