We are looking for a system for our business and i have some doubts about how SimplyBook works, could you help me?
First of all, our business is a cowork offering meeting rooms and workstations by hour. With this in mind, we would like to offer some options of hours package with discounts.
For instance, 10 hours or $ 100 in credits by half of it’s price, and that the client can use this credit gradually in different days and orders.
I already saw the cuppons and gift cards options, but the gift card for example works differently as i expected at some point. We tested a gift card of $600 in a order of $120. In this opperation, the gift card was checked as used and all the remaining credit was ‘lost’, because it wasn’t possible to use this gift card’s code again.
There is some way in the system today that can support this kind of rule?
