Dear SimplyBook.me Engineers,
This is Marcus, executive coordinator from Kaohsiung Film Archive, Taiwan.
2019 Kaohsiung Film Festival, held by Kaohsiung Film Archive, will take place in this October. In order to make every activity go smoothly, the booking system powered by SimplyBook.me will be applied along with the ticketing system by ERA Ticket.
I believe that Gino, Business Unit of SimplyBook.me, Taipei, Taiwan, has already forwarded our needs to the Technical Unit last week, including the details of booking regulation and the permission of each ticket type. This message is sent to confirm technical issues of API between two systems, namely SimplyBook and ERA Ticket.
Hereby, I briefly elaborate on the procedures in the booking system.
The method “Create Membership” in the system will be applied to recognize the ticket type.
Step 1: Register and log in. VR FILM LAB | 免費線上預約排程系統
Step 2: Specify “Membership.” (The membership may be individual ticket, one-day ticket, XR VIP Pass etc… )
Step 3: Enter ticket serial number. (After connecting API, the webpage will show the ticket information, including validity, ticket type, date etc…)
According to the requirements above, would you please kindly provide the following materials. Thank you.
- API manuals which are able to fulfill the requirements above.
- Web Server which can realize the third party data transmission.
Our partner ERA Ticket will have further discussion on the API technique with you in the future. Meanwhile, I will provide the message number to Gino for following-up. Thank you for your help.
