Hello,
Today around 10-11am today all our bookings were cancelled. We’re using the API on our website, so I’m trying to determine if the API is what caused the issue or it was a user based.
Our SimplyBook account is Dropless and the account used for the API is PassionDigital.
All our bookings have been cancelled, so this is a pretty serious sistuation. Would it be possible to reverse the cancellations?
Hi, bookings were cancelled by API by different requests withing few seconds between request. Please check your code/ access.
We have logs for this issue but can’t provide it here because it is public channel and everyone will be able to see this sensitive data
Hi, there is no way to undo this. You need to add this bookings again (by API or using our admin interface).
Log will be sent to sam@*** (email used for this company registration).
All possible bookings state was reverted to active by our side. There are still some bookings which can’t be reverted because its time slot is already booked by other clients.
