Hello,
Again we are suffering an API issue. Can you please tell me what the count is? Are we still running high?
Our clients can’t utilize our services with your system constantly going down. Have we hit a limits- and what is that?

Please advise.

hi, current limit is set to 10000 api requsts per day (while in terms you agreef with it is described as 5000, so we have rights to decrease it if will face with high load).
If you need higher limit, please contact sales@simplybook.me
