[#512] getToken fails due to company unknown

Hi,

we just started implementing your API and ran into issues regarding authentication.

When invoking getToken, we receive the following response:
{“error”:{“code”:-32000,“message”:“Company does not exist”,“data”:},“id”:“”,“jsonrpc”:“2.0”}

We’re using company name as seen on:
https://COMPANYLOGIN.secure.enterpriseappointments.com/v2/welcome/#account_info

We also tried variations of company name (first letter uppercase, alternative company name from previous account). Results are the same (except when using company name of an old account - then we get “Wrong API key”).

It might be worth mentioning that company login (from simplybook.me website) also doesn’t work, stating that company does not exist. However, when directly providing the url of our service portal I can login (see above “We’re using company name as seen on:” - that page works for us and we’re using the same company name as seen in the url/on that page).

Please let me know if you need additional info to look into this issue.
