[#524] Viewer users see Edit buttons

I have a user with View access but he still sees the Edit button and the interface seems to be very similiar to normal users - when he clicks outside a booking the dialog for creating a new booking appears.

I would expect all add and modification actions to be inactive and the interface to reflect very clearly that this is a view only access.

Is there something not right with my user or is this the expected behavior?
