[#569] Show unavailable time slots and number

I am trying to develop an interface that like below, for the time selection screen.

Currently, I am using, getStartTimeMatrix that only returns available time slots. Is it possible with the APIs,

To get all available timeslots regardless of booked or not?

To get number of available spots in a timeslot?
