For the demo account “hikmettuysuz”, the url is

https://hikmettuysuz.simplybook.it/v2/client/bookings/hash/3485b0ed5efaa4d004661cdc1fd474d4

The domain name is .simplybook.it

For the enterprise account “dxbfestivalcity”, the url which we are using is:

This domain “dxbfestivalcity.magrabi.enterpriseappointments.com” seems to be incorrect as the getBooking api is getting response with booking id and the above md5 has which is generated using the formulae.

Could you please help us in getting the above URL to work fine/ show the bookings.

No API is needed, what would be the URL that has to be constructed for cancel and view booking at simply book side.
When we use the above URLs mentioned in the ticket, for hikmettuysuz account, the constructed url is working fine.
whereas the url constructed using dxbfestivalcity is not working.

The url has been sent to the client email ID by simplybook.
we need to know what would be the domain name in case of enterprise accounts.
