Hi,
We have an issue with our API which keeps saying wrong API keys.
I first had a normal premium account with a company login XXXXX and then I was told that we probably need enterprise solution and we went ahead with this. Doing so we got a new account which is now under enterprise and our Account Manager copied all settings and information over to the new account. However, the Company login is still the same name and I think this may be causing an issue when we create API keys. It doesn’t work with the new account but it still works with the old one (I still got access). Can anyone assist us in this matter and get it resolved? We are doing Covid-testing and this API function is very important and this whole thing is a matter of urgency.
