[#825] Server error SimplyBook - integration with Empactis

Good afternoon,

Please can we get some support from the development team in regards to the email attached to this ticket?

In regards to Alex’ latest question the response is as follows:

This is the Gender question, requirements for this were provided on the 05/11/2021 and included the above value.

This was the District Field Number which caused us a problem before Go Live and was confirmed switched off at the beginning of November.

We need this resolving ASAP. If we can arrange a meeting with you to explain the issue more thoroughly, that would be best.

Pleae, can we arrange a Teams meeting asap with yourselves so we can get to the bottom of this? Please let me know your availability so I can set up a Teams meeting. Also, I am going to escalate this to our SPOC as we are going in circles and noone is able to give us a straight answer.
