Hi,
https://user-api-v2.simplybook.me/admin/schedule/available-slots?date=2022-01-20&provider_id=3&service_id=1
As you can see above when I try to request available-slots endpoint It’s return null object.
In control panel there are available slots, I also tried other dates and still got nothing.

chatbot user is login and try.
It has Senior Employee role.
Should it be the admin role?

We are not changed any provider status.
And I can see when I use the getStartTimeMatrix ()
Where can I get enable if it is blocked?
In the attach you can find providers, Id 3 is second one Autocom Maslak
