I’m new on simplybook.me and installed our page, which is quite cool and so far I reall love it.
Now we have a last problem: we are a pharmacy and we are doing corona-tests. After the testing when the result of the corona test is ready to send, it would be optimal to simply click on the positive/negative button and the customer would/should receive an official Swiss certificate by mail. And it’s done for our testers.
But now after testing, however, we have to export the data to Excel, I have to write a vba script that sorts the data and displays it in the appropriate format, then we have to send this script to the Ministry of Health, which will send us a .zip file with the certificate and sends this back. This has to be unzipped then emailed to our admin, who then prints it out 
or emails it to the customer. Something very cumbersome!
Question: can we program an API that sends this data (which is basically the name, prename, date of birth, name of the test and time of the result) to the Ministry of Health which then generates automatically a certificate and sends it directly back to simplybook.me, which we can then officially send to the customer as an attached pdf?
I’m not into API-programming and I do not know anybody who could help me here. Do you know somebody who could do this programming for me?
