[#845] server goes down around 3PM AEDT (Australian Time)

Hi there,

We have some tickets raised that booking form doesn’t work. I ran a query and notice that around 3pm Simplybook Server goes down. I’m curios if you are running any job running at that time or any information would be helpful?

I have attached some screenshots that was giving 500 errors. Everyday when there is a Simplybook API Request in a timeframe between 2:55 - 3:10, we are receiving 500 errors. And it happens everyday on that time period.

Could you please investigate on this one more time. Everyday I’m getting an email saying that Simplybook is down.

getAuthorizedToken is our resource that calls your Authentication API to generate token. In those images, you can find that around
3pm AEDT, we are getting server error.
