[#876] Delayed Events

Our endpoint immediately logs payloads when they come in from Simply Book.

It seems that these API (booking create/cancel events) can be delayed by hours or even longer and is causing issues downline.

  1. is this normal behavior?
  2. Is there a way to look at logs from SimplyBook side?
  3. any settings to be set regarding the timeliness of api calls?
