Hello,

I have been redirected to this support. Could you provide me with more precise data on API performance, such as response time ?
What is your quality standard on API requests ?

For example the mentioned limitation of 2 simultaneous requests could be problematic if the response time is too long (for standard solution).

hi, it really depends on API requests you are doing. E.g. get list of services, book will be quick and you can do few requests simultaneously without any problems with SLA less then 1 second. BUT get available slots requests depends on many factors: your scheduler, external calendar, period to get available slots, etc. and response time may vary a lot.
