Since the AM we are getting tons of 504 Gateway Time-out - our prod servers can’t seem to be able to connect to Simplybook API anymore. The dev server is able to. Is it possible you have blocked our IP? Did you add some new bot protection? Can you whitelist my prod server ip? 149.248.51.115
I’ve been using the token and it’s been working well for the longest time. Now I’m getting some “resulted in a 403 Forbidden response:” which is triggering the timeouts. Could this be?
