[#899] Remove or Add payment processor + integrations

Business case: Priority HIGH because I have a book of clients who want to implement immediately and need to find workable solution.

Issue 1: I need 1 of 2 things. Either to be able to integrate simply book without using pre-existing payment processors so that I can redirect the checkout process to my own payment processing, or to add my payment processor to list of options.

Issue 2: Can I integrate with a pre-existing crm and inventory management system? Will this require Zapier?
