We faced SimplyBook.me API returns 500s errors so many times.
Could you please explain 2 followings?
- What is the cause that simplybook.me api continuously return 504 error?
- What is the cause that we could not get new token after old token was expired?
Our Log
2022-10-27T10:27:58.475+09:00 - 504 Gateway Time-out returned by cancelBooking API. then we got 504 error till the access token was expired.
2022-10-27T10:48:06.642+09:00 - 502 Bad Gateway returned by getToken.
2022-10-27T10:49:51.612+09:00 - We got new access token. After this, book and cancel apis was called successfully.
